Booking templates allow for much broader control over your costs and shipments, particularly when booking requirements originate from third parties (e.g. suppliers).
To set a particular booking template to require approval from an account manager or administrator for each booking, go to the "Booking Templates" section of your account and select "Edit" on the template.
Scroll down until you find the "Approval" option. Here, you have two choices:
Not required: All bookings will be managed as usual and immediately forwarded to our partners to organize the shipment.
Approval process: Each booking request will be paused until a manager or admin approves the request.
