Suppliers can be invited to your FreightHub account in order to perform supplier-booking-related actions. However, suppliers have minimal access to the history and cannot see any information about the company. This includes documentation, conversations with Forto, or Shipments that aren't assigned to a particular supplier.
This guarantees complete peace of mind regarding data protection and security.
Would you be able to invite a Supplier to your account?
Note: You must be a company admin or manager to invite a supplier.
Go to your Company Account by clicking on the top-left profile icon
You'll be redirected to your Company Account in the User Management section. Now click on Add User.
A new window will appear where you can specify all the information about your Supplier.
Please remember to set its Role to Supplier.
Your Supplier will receive a welcome email from FreightHub with a link to confirm their account. Once verified, your Supplier can act on shipments created through Supplier Booking.
