Your company and billing information (or legal entity) are stored under Your Organisation in the Directory section of the platform.
This section includes all your information, including your Customs and VAT deferment account.
How do I change my VAT/Customs deferment account on Forto?
Go to the Directory section of the platform, and click the three dots icon (ooo) next to your organisation. At the bottom of the page you'll be able to provide these information.
Note: This action is required only for Germany-based organisations.
